We understand that some people may feel worried about their safety or their dignity when it comes to needing support at home. It can be a very stressful time for both the person and their family, but it doesn't need to be and Caremark always tries to minimise the anxiety by listening to you carefully and making sure you are comfortable with the service we provide.

Our Field Care Supervisors, who you will get to know very well, will make regular visits to your home to check that you are happy with the support you are receiving. You are encouraged to speak to us at any time if you have any concerns about your safety or well-being, or wish to change the way your support is arranged.

We always try to fully understand your precise needs and preferences before our service begins. Only when you are happy with the support plan we have agreed together, will we select a care worker to meet you who has the most appropriate experience, qualifications and skills. You will always have the chance to change your care worker if you wish.

You can always remain confident that all of our workers have been trained and have undergone the necessary security checks before they begin work for us. This includes any personal assistant that Caremark introduces to you.
