About Caremark
At Caremark we take pride in working with many different support organisations, both small and large. This will range from a smaller local support group to the more formal organisations such as the NHS and social services. These relationships help us to help you gain access to these services and also understand what is available to you.
All of our Caremark offices are registered with the Care Quality Commission, the regulatory body for health and social care in the UK. The CQC regulate care providers to make sure that better care services are being delivered to everybody using them. Caremark are fully compliant with the standards set by legislation and are regularly monitored by the CQC.
You may find that you are able to be supported by your local authority, if this is the case, Caremark has many years of combined experience in working with them, understanding how your care and support is arranged. This means you can remain confident in how we support you on their behalf.
If you are a patient of the NHS and at home, Caremark’s services can offer extra assistance to you, in between the services that your local healthcare body offers. This may mean, for example, that we can help you to regain mobility following an operation once you have returned home.
The United Kingdom Home Care Association is a professional association of home care providers. They offer advice and support to home care providers such as Caremark, but also to people looking for care services and care workers. They also help us to keep abreast of all innovation and change within the care sector.
