The Caremark Story

The Caremark story began in 2005 in rural West Sussex, when CEO Kevin Lewis opened its doors to begin providing personal care and support to people in their own homes in the local towns and villages. Since then, Caremark has grown significantly and is now providing support to people in over 60 regions across the UK and Ireland.

Kevin's experience with care and support began nearly 20 years before Caremark was founded, allowing him to understand exactly what customers wanted from their provider. This knowledge is now being used throughout all of Caremark's offices, enabling us to offer personal care nationwide.

We always try to maintain close relationships with various support organisations, social services and other healthcare providers, because we know that many of our customers have a range of needs. Whilst you are a customer with us, we will regularly ask for feedback in order for us to monitor the quality of our service, giving you the confidence to be in control of your own support. We also ask our care workers so we can be sure that both you and your care worker are compatible.

All Caremark offices have friendly teams who are there to listen to you and find the best advice for your personal circumstances.
