Wafa has becomes a Senior Care Assistant

Congratulations to Wafa Benkara Mostefa for becoming our latest Senior Care & Support Worker.  She now has a more responsible role in the field, helping integrate our new carers via shadowing them in the early stages. She also keeps an eye open in the field checking that logs and medication sheets are being used properly before the monthly audit.

 She has impressed since joining the team and her reliability and organisation skills have been tremendous.
