Care Team Leader

Location: Worcestershire

We are seeking a new Care Team Leader at Caremark Worcester, within this position you can take your experience and grow within the care industry. If you are ready to take the next step, you will be working closely with the office management team and your colleagues to help deliver the best quality care service.

This role is primarily to provide support to customers, however as Care Team Leader you would be expected to assist the Field Care Supervisor with the following:
  • New staff to shadow shift.  Completing a full introduction to care, ensuring staff are aware of procedures to follow and understand their role in providing care. Very supportive to ensure retention of staff.  Ensuring staff have a full understanding of how Access works.
  • Reporting any concerns to the office regarding staff or customers.
  • Ensuring medication is correct with customers.
  • Building a proper rapport with staff, customers, and office staff.  Promoting Caremark and building relationships.
  • Cover of the on-call emergency phone. 
  • Guiding and mentoring Care and Support Workers, as requested by the Deputy Manager.
  • Introductory visits with new customers.
  • Spot checks, moving and handling & medication checks.
  • Collecting information and documentation from a customers home as requested by the managers.
  • Providing Care & Support to our customers.

Training will be provided, but it is expected that the Care Team Leader would have experience delivering care. There are opportunities to progress within Caremark Worcester and Malvern Hills.

Care Co-ordinator

Location: Worcester
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Full Time

This is an exciting role at Caremark and we are seeking applicants who have at least two years experience in domiciliary care, or previous experience as a Care Co-ordinator. This is a full time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Your Role

The Care Co-ordinator ensures all client visits are allocated and met to a high standard. You would aid with the recruitment of suitable Care and Support Workers, and adhere to and maintain appropriate office procedures.

  • Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
  • Assisting the recruiter with implementation of thorough recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & Support Workers.
  • Processing new client referrals.

Field Care Supervisor

For this senior role we are looking for applicants who have at least two years previous experience in domiciliary care or experience as a Field Care Supervisor. This is a full time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed.

  • Oversee a list of service users designated by undertaking client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates, handovers, assessments for our reablement service.
