Dawn and Irene Received a lovely compliment

Dawn and Irene Battled the Malvern snow on Sunday and made it to their customers.
Dawn and Irene have their round in rural Shropshire around the town of Malvern Hills.  They see their Customers every day and have built a good relationship with them.  

On Sunday we saw yet another downpour of around 8 inches of snow overnight.  Dawn said she opened the curtains on Sunday and said “Oh no, not again!”

She was the driver for their round on Sunday so she tried to get up the big hill leading up to Malvern Hills.  The car was not having it so Dawn got her husband to drop her off in the 4×4 at Irene’s and they walked the round on foot. Dawns Husband usually drives them round when it gets like this but he also had to get to work.

One of their customers phoned the office and made a lovely compliment regarding the pair. She said

“I would like to say how wonderful Dawn and Irene are as they walked through the snow to provide her morning call.  The girls looked like snowmen stood at the door and it was wonderful that they have made such an effort to provide my call”

Customer IB said they needed recognising for this.
