We are pleased to share the results from our first annual customer Survey

The results are back from our first annual customer survey.  At the end of September, we sent out surveys to all our Clients in order to get their feedback about the Care they were receiving and the service Caremark Warwick was providing.  Its really important to us as a business that we are continually striving to get better.  Key to this process is asking for feedback from the people that matter i.e. our Clients and then acting upon that feedback in order that we can improve the quality of the Care we are delivering.

Here are some of the results:

100% of respondents felt that the service they were receiving had made a positive impact to their lives

92% of respondents would recommend Caremark Warwick to others

100% of respondents said that their Carers always treated them with dignity & respect

83% of respondents felt that the Carers encouraged them to do as much as they could for themselves

93% felt that the Carers were competent & well trained

100% felt that the office staff were courteous, polite and helpful when dealing with customers.

“I like the security of knowing who is coming to Care for me.  Obviously with holidays & sickness the Carers might be different but the Care is just as good.”

“All of my Carers are like sisters to me, they look after me and I know I can tell them anything and they will do something about it”
