To whom it may concern,

I am hoping you could help me pass on thanks to a member of your care team, my name is Kelly and I’m a call taker with south east coast ambulance service. 

Her name is Sally and she was supporting a client when they required medical assistance from the ambulance service. She was knowledgeable about her client and was polite and professional during the call. She supported the patient to answer my questions and sounded caring and empathetic to them. I wanted to thank her for caring for our patient and to say good job!
