Chloe achieves formal registration as our Care Manager
We are pleased to announce that Chloe Holmes has achieved her formal registration as our Care Manager.
Chloe, who became manager in 2024 after being promoted from her previous position as Senior Field Care Supervisor and Assistant Care Manager, recently underwent and passed her Registered Manager interview with our regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The interview is a key part of the registration process because it assessed Chloe’s fitness to manage regulated care services. The focus was on verifying information from Chloe’s application and demonstrating her knowledge, skills and commitment to providing excellent care, including how to ensure the safety, well-being and dignity of customers.
Worked in care since the age of 17
Chloe joined Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield, but she has worked in the care sector, in homecare and residential care, since the age of 17.
She said: “I love my job as Care Manager so to now have received formal recognition from the CQC is amazing.
“It helps immensely that I have always had great support from the Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield owners Simon and Jo and to have a fantastic team of people around me as well.”
