Joanne Ford

Director

The majority of my career has been within the insurance sector assisting people in times of need after experiencing a disaster, supporting them through challenging times to regain their homes and lifestyle as soon as possible, so moving into Care has many similarities.

Having seen close family members needing additional support in the later years of their life but wanting to remain living in their own home, highlighted the importance of quality domiciliary care services being available. It is wonderful to see the difference that our team of professional, dedicated carers make by providing support and companionship to so many vulnerable people in our local community on a daily basis, ensuring that they achieve the best quality of life possible.   All of our team share a common passion about delivering the highest standards of care and support within the local community and a commitment to promoting recognition for the fantastic job that carers provide within society

Chloe

Chloe Holmes

Care Manager

I have  been with the company since January 2020 and have progressed to my current role of  Care Manager in this time. Providing high quality care to those that need it is close to my heart, it is so important to provide care with dignity and respect and to make customers feel supported whilst living in their own homes. I have worked in the care industry for nearly 10 years and I am very passionate about it. My aim is to pass on my passion and knowledge of this profession in the training that I provide to the wider team of Care Assistants so that I can be sure they are all trained to the highest level. I am also responsible for providing support and guidance to the management team, in the day to day operation of Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield.

Lisa Oneil

Care Co-ordinator

Hi I’m Lisa, I am a Care Coordinator for Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield, I have been with Caremark since 2021 originally part of the field team as a care assistant, I then progressed to be a Senior Care assistant within a year of being with the company and then moved to be part of the management team as a care coordinator in 2022, I am responsible for care assistant permanent allocation to customers, and frequently liaising with staff to ensure we are meeting the requested times of our customers. I wanted to join Caremark because my grandad was disabled and my mum was his full time carer when I was 2 years old, and I feel it is in my blood to care for the vulnerable and give back to the community around me. I am very friendly and you can always guarantee a hot cuppa served to you when I’m around!

Vic

Victoria Brown

Care Assessor

HI, I’m Victoria I have worked for Caremark since March 2021, in the field as a care assistant, I applied for the role of Field Care Supervisor in February 2022 and have loved the amazing opportunity to progress with the company. My role as FCS is to be out in the field ensuring both the care assistants and service users are always supported. I am responsible for ensuring that service users wishes and needs are fully met, and they are receiving the correct level of care required. I will complete spot checks on the carers out in the field to ensure their competence within their role. I previously worked as a prisoner custody officer for nearly 12 years but have always been interested in the care setting since I was young and went with my Grandmother to visit her care home she worked in as a matron.

Christina

Christina Pearce

Senior Care Co-ordinator

Christina is responsible for the permanent allocation, and care workers schedules.

She has worked in care for 5 years and began her journey in the care sector with Caremark in 2017. Since then she has worked as a senior care worker for another care company where I gained experience with rosters and moved back to where my heart really was with Caremark to ensure that staff have consistency as well as customers, her priority is to ensure all her care workers are providing outstanding care and have the time to do so. They work hard to ensure the customers always have consistency and having had experience in the field as a care assistant she is relatable with the care assistants as she has worked to a schedule before, and knows the importance of keeping the consistency and preferred areas. She is responsible for management of incident forms and deciding what support the customer need when they are submitted and providing advice to all Care Assistants.
Christina is very approachable and willing to help in any way she can. She finds that the team really cares and that is very important to her.

Joanne Gascoigne

Field Care Supervisor

Hi, I’m Joanne I have worked for Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield since October 2022. I started my employment as a Care assistant, a job that I thoroughly enjoyed. I found myself thriving in this role due to my caring nature and given the opportunity to meet new people. I had previously worked as a care assistant in the community and in a carehome supporting people with brain injuries, after taking a break to undertake a job as an office receptionist and to have my children I knew this was the time to return to a job that I am very passionate about. I applied for the Job of Field Care Supervisor in October 2023. I have been welcomed to the office team with open arms and work as part of an amazing team. My role as Field care supervisor has given me the opportunity to progress in my career and everyday is a chance to learn new things which enables me to be a great support to both Carers and service users.

Kerry

Kerry Whitehead

Field Care Supervisor

Hi I am Kerry (Kezza) I am a Field care supervisor at Caremark, I started my passion for looking after people working on patient transport, ensuring patients transitioned from hospital to home, I then when on to be a care assistant for Caremark, when I first started my journey I did not think I could do the personal care side of things and that I was not good enough to be a carer as these vulnerable adults relied on me. I started my journey in the Mansfield south area and thoroughly enjoyed looking after the clients, and this lit a fire in me to give the clients the best quality care I could, it gave me a sense of purpose knowing I made a difference to the clients, I love seeing the smiles on the clients faces when you know they are happy. I then progressed on to be a senior care assistant in Mansfield south, this involved me mentoring new members of staff and ensuring they was supported in their new roles, and more importantly making them feel like they was apart of the Caremark Family, I also maintained monthly medication audits and reviews to ensure all clients medications was correct and in date and that they are happy with the service provided, in Aug 2024 I became a Field Care Supervisor for the Ashfield area, this role ensures that I get to look after a larger team ensuring they are supported throughout their journey with Caremark, I am their first port of call and aim to be their for them whenever needed.

I feel like being a care assistant has helped me be able to relate a lot with the carers as I have been through a lot of the challenges, the ups and the downs myself. I have a passion for ensuring all our clients receive the best quality of care and will strive to see this happen.

Olivia

Olivia Carter

Care Co-Ordinator

My name is Olivia, I have been with Caremark since September 2024. I have been in the care sector from the age of 16 from college to then progressing into various care roles in the health sector, such as working in the NHS and doing domiciliary care myself. I have always longed for making a positive change in the health care sector, and I aspire to be the difference. Being a care coordinator is a very different role to what I am used too, but I believe that every role in the care sector makes that difference. I currently have been taking care of my nanny for the past few years, and because of this I push that view that every service user is my family member and should be treated with the upmost respect and dignity they deserve. I have a huge heart, and I will do anything for anybody. I aim to listen and support the service users, family members and the care teams to the best of my ability. Although I have not been with Caremark very long, I can already see the positive impact every person makes to the service user and there families lives and it is an absolute pleasure to be  a part of this time and I look forward to being part of the Caremark family.
