Kensington and Chelsea Living and Care Fair

Caremark (Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster) team had the pleasure of attending the Independent Living and Care fair facilitated by Action Disability Kensington and Chelsea and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council. We had the opportunity to speak to residents of Kensington and Chelsea who attended the event as well as other local organisations.
