Abdi Issa

Managing Director

Abdi is fully committed to providing the very highest standards of care and support for people in need in Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster.

During more than 25 years working as an International Civil Servant in the United Nations, he witnessed first-hand the difficulties faced by both older and disabled people who were uprooted from their homes.

Fathia Issa

Fathia is dedicated to ensuring high quality care and support. She has a Masters in Human Rights and has been involved in humanitarian projects in South Africa, promoting Care and Support, Women’s Empowerment and Education. She also has experience working with the NHS.

Najma Issa

Business Development Manager

Najma has experience with safeguarding procedures, she is proficient with managing and supporting risk and care needs of those she supports. She has experience working with vulnerable adults and children in various fields of work such as in charities and hospitals therefore understands the importance of safe-guarding and providing quality person-centred care.

Her passion for helping people allows her to thrive within the care industry and not only assist customers in the best way, but her fellow colleagues and carers also.

With over 8 years of experience in the health and social care sector, Daniel Johnson is a dedicated and forward-thinking Registered Care Manager committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. He combines a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape with a passion for innovation, integrating technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and tailored support for service users.

Daniel specializes in dementia care and managing challenging behaviors, offering expert guidance and compassionate support to individuals with complex needs. His leadership focuses on empowering care teams through training, professional development, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

Known for his empathetic approach and vast expertise, Daniel is passionate about building trust, fostering dignity, and transforming care into a relationship that truly enhances quality of life.
