Field Care Supervisor
Location: Chesham
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5-day working pattern

We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and organised Field Care Supervisor to support our dedicated Care Assistants and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their care career and join a supportive, forward-thinking team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assessing and reviewing customer care packages
- Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Care Assistants
- Completing administrative tasks relating to customers and staff
- Acting as the link between the office and customers
- Maintaining high standards through our Quality Assurance processes
- Conducting new customer assessments, writing care plans, and risk assessments
- Supporting the on-call rota
- Covering care calls when needed
- Ensuring customers are happy, safe, and satisfied with their care
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A caring and empathetic individual with strong communication skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Full UK Driving Licence and confidence driving
- Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and highly organised
- Strong leadership abilities and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude

Salary
Full-time, contracted position with a salary between £25,000 – £27,000 per year
