The Responsibilities :
As a Care Assistant you will:
- Provide high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication, and mobility.
- Monitor health and wellbeing
- Offer emotional support and companionship to customers.
- Encourage customer independence.
- Accompany customers to appointments and social outings.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with team members and families.
What we look for :
- A kind, caring, and compassionate nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A desire to learn and develop within a supportive team.
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided!
- Must be a local UK resident (We are currently unable to accept international applications and cannot provide COS switches at this time)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
