Alison wins Caremark Regional Manager of the Year award
Our Care Manager Alison Springall has been named Caremark Regional Manager of the Year. Alison was selected following ‘blind’ judging involving the Franchise Owners of the 32 Caremark businesses. These businesses make up our regional group.
Each Franchisee was invited to put their Care Manager up for an award. A short-list of three was then drawn up.
Other than the Franchisee of each territory, no-one knew who they were selecting. They had a set of key bullet points about each manager. These points were used to make their choice.
A deep commitment to compliance, quality and improvement
Among the comments which resulted in them choosing Alison were:

“Achieved a Good rating from the regulator with excellent feedback”
“They demonstrate a deep commitment to compliance, quality and the continuous improvement of the service”
“They support new managers by providing mentorship and opportunities to shadow. This helps them build confidence and develop their skills in their early roles.”
An instrumental role on the growth of the business
Caremark Doncaster, Bassetlaw and West Lindsey Managing Director Yomi Eletu said: “We were delighted when Alison was selected by other Franchise Owners. This decision was based on our summary of her achievements.
“Alison has been Care Manager for two and a half years. In that time, she has played an instrumental part in the growth and success of our business.
“There are some very good Care Managers in our region. So, it’s a great achievement for Alison to be recognised by her peers.”
Alison said: “It’s a real honour to win this award. However, it would not have been possible without the support of the fantastic head office team. We have this team at Caremark Doncaster, Bassetlaw and West Lindsey, and, of course, our amazing group of Care Assistants and customers.”
Alison will now go on to be considered for the Caremark National Care Manager of the Year Award in January.
