Yomi Eletu

Managing Director

Yomi has worked as an IT professional for many years. In addition, he has been involved in training, coaching and mentoring Business Analysts. Nonetheless he has always had passion for health and social care, Caremark is a perfect opportunity to showcase this passion.

Yomi has a wealth of varied entrepreneurial experiences having successfully run and operated a couple of businesses for over a decade which will lend itself in growing Caremark Doncaster.

Having been a recipient of care growing up, Yomi believes staff and customers are key to business he aims to put his employees and customers at the heart of Caremark Doncaster. Yomi is keen to support residents of Doncaster to access quality affordable care, empowering people to stay in their own homes safely for as long as possible.

He has a passion for providing the highest standards of person-centred care to all that requires support in Doncaster, whilst striving to build a great workforce and most importantly a people-oriented workplace.

Alison Springall

Care manager

Alison has worked in care for over 35 years. Alison started out as a carer and has worked her way up learning along the way what good care looks like! She has been a CQC registered manager for over 10 years with different care companies , when Yomi asked Alison to join Caremark Doncaster she did not hesitate. Alison believes in Yomi’s passion and vision for care in Doncaster. Alison has lived in Doncaster all her life and believes in the delivering a high quality,  person centered care to the local community.

Alison believes that being at home is the best medicine anyone can have, being surrounded by your own possessions and loved ones and the best way to achieve this is by having good quality home care.

Louise Massarella-Hickey

Care Coordinator (Bassetlaw and West Lindsey)

Louise has worked in homecare for almost ten years and joined us as the Care Coordinator for Bassetlaw and West Lindsey in September 2025.

Julie Houghton

Field Care Supervisor (Doncaster)

Julie joined Caremark Doncaster as a Care Assistant in January 2024 and was quickly promoted to first Field Care Supervisor, reflecting the company’s growth. She is an experience care professional and her responsibilities include supervising carers and ensuring customers receive the best care possible, maintaining digital records and meeting new customers.
