Great news –  Our Caremark office to launch an exciting new employee App!

Caremark are nearing the launch of their new, interactive app for all its care workers.

The team at the Franchise Support Centre have been working on the development of a Caremark app that will benefit ALL team members of Caremark.

This new employee App is called Connecteam and provides us with many benefits.  By signing up to the App, you will be able to:

  • Receive the latest updates direct from Caremark    
  • Hear the latest news from us here in the office
  • Access important documents such as the staff handbook
  • Complete e-learning
  • Make suggestions
  • Nominate a colleague as Care Assistant of the month
  • Take part in surveys
  • Request holiday
  • Refer a friend to join the Caremark team
  • Chat to colleagues via a secure work chat tool

We will be launching this App on the 15th February 2023. Upon logging in, our amazing Care Assistants will be able go straight to the ‘Connecteam Training’ link on the left-hand side menu.  They will see a series of online tutorials that will help to use the App to its maximum benefit. 

Our involvement and engagement are fundamental to its success and therefore usage of the App is mandatory.  As a business, we do not recognise WhatsApp for messaging, instead using the secure chat feature within Connecteam. This is a safe and effective way of transferring information to one another and We are delighted to be launching it. In the meantime, I thank you in advance for your help and cooperation in working with us in using this exciting new Caremark App.
