Planning and Strategy Workshop in Chesterfield

We recently had a visit from our Regional Support Manager, Susan Jones, and Rebecca Bland, who is our Quality Manager to discuss the Caremark Chesterfield & Bolsover Service blueprint and customer journey. 

We had an exciting time discussing customer segmentation, strategies, and service delivery. The customer is at the heart of what we do, and we aim to get it right at every first contact with our customers. We will be launching Caremark, home care in Chesterfield, soon. Watch this space!
