Outstanding Work

Patience has been a carer with us for just over 6 months now and she has certainly learned what it is to deliver exceptional care, Patience was invited into the office to receive recognition for her outstanding work when dealing with a very difficult situation at one of our customers homes. Patience remained calm and professional throughout the visit supporting the family and the medical services teams who had responded to the emergency situation.

We are very proud of how Patience dealt with the situation which she had never encountered before and want to say well done and thank you for all the great work you do.
