30 Days of Kindness Brentwood is a community campaign that encourages simple, everyday acts of kindness. At Caremark Brentwood, we believe small actions can strengthen connections and improve well-being.
Caremark Brentwood is proud to launch the 30 Days of Kindness Brentwood campaign in collaboration with Unite in Kindness. The campaign runs from 20 January to 18 February. For this reason, we invite local residents to take part in positive actions across Brentwood, Billericay, Wickford and surrounding areas.
What Is the 30 Days of Kindness Campaign?
The 30 Days of Kindness campaign is a community-led initiative designed to encourage simple, everyday acts of kindness over a 30-day period. In essence, each day focuses on one small and achievable action. As a result, kindness becomes part of everyday life rather than a one-off gesture.
For example, acts of kindness may include checking in on a neighbour, offering a kind word, supporting a local cause, or taking time to listen. These small gestures help build stronger connections. In addition, they remind people that kindness can strengthen community bonds.
