Tanya Batley

Care Manager

Hi, I’m Tanya Batley, and I have worked in health and social care for over 15 years, with the last 4 years spent as a Care Manager. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting people to remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes.

I believe that excellent care is about more than meeting needs—it’s about building meaningful relationships, promoting dignity, and ensuring that every individual feels valued, respected, and listened to. I am committed to supporting both our clients and care teams, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered every day.

Outside of work, I am a proud mum to three boys and a devoted partner. Family is incredibly important to me and has helped shape my caring and compassionate approach to both life and work. I am also a proud dog owner to two much-loved dogs who are very much part of the family.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors with my family. We love camping, exploring new places, and making the most of the countryside. Being outdoors helps me recharge and reminds me of the importance of enjoying life’s simple pleasures and creating meaningful memories with those we care about.

I feel privileged to work in a profession that allows me to make a positive difference in people’s lives every day, and I am passionate about ensuring that everyone we support receives the care, respect, and compassion they deserve.
