Adelle & Sophie – March “Star of the Month”

We had 2 of our fantastic Staff Members win Star of the Month for March.

A Big Congratulations to our Senior Care Coordinator Adelle Henderson and Sophie Close-Care and Support Worker, who are both from our brilliant Bangor Singles Team.

She is a problem solver, kindness and advice giver and a true professional in what she does.

Adelle has taught me so much from the first day I started with Caremark.

Adelle always helps in every aspect of her job.

Sophie always goes above and beyond for her customers, they all talk about her and can’t praise her enough.

The little things go a long way and a prime example of this is on Mother’s Day she wrote a sign to a deaf customer to wish her a happy mother’s day. The customer still has the sign sitting in her house and showed me it when I was there a few days later with a very big smile on her face!

Well done and very well deserved Adelle and Sophie, you are are both Stars!!
