Caroline explains why she loves working for Caremark

Caroline is one of our longest-serving Carers. We recently asked her to let us know what she likes about working for us.

Reasons Caroline loves her job at Caremark:

1. Management and office staff are friendly, helpful, fair and willing to listen.

2. The staff I work with are friendly and helpful and have high working standards.

3. The training at Caremark is always on going.

4. The Clients; it’s great to get to know the customers and you can learn so much from them, to come home knowing you have made a difference in people’s life’s, it’s a great feeling.

5. I work part time to work around my family, which is very helpful to me and my family
