Annual Survey Results • Caremark

Every year we send out a survey to our Clients to get their feedback regarding the Care & Support we provide.

These surveys are anonymous which encourages our Clients to be open and transparent with their opinions.

The priority for us is to gather information that will help further improve the quality of Care and at the same time hopefully strengthen the relationships with our Clients.

Pleasingly, the results of the survey were overwhelmingly positive and this is credit to our amazing team of Carers.

The highlights are as follows:

94% of those that responded agreed/strongly agreed that the service they received had made a positive difference to their life.
81% agreed or strongly agreed that they would recommend Caremark Warwick to others.
100% of responses agreed or strongly agreed that our Carers always treat them with dignity, respect & kindness
