The ‘Love Me’ wellbeing programme to host an afternoon retreat
Whether it’s for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or just a special treat, why not give the gift of wellbeing?
The ‘Love Me, Love You Retreat’ taking place on Thursday 23 March, from 11am to 2pm will be a refreshing and rejuvenating afternoon retreat at the Bingham Riverhouse Hotel, 61-63 Petersham Rd, TW10 6UW.
This is a unique opportunity to be inspired and give the gift of wellbeing to women in our local community.
The retreat shall include:
- Calming breathe and stretch with Samantha Trinder, founder of bhuti and meditation teacher
- Uplifting, simple dance with Emma Chrispin, west-end dancer and choreographer
- Beautiful origami flowers with Red Gibbons-Lee, fine artist
- Inspiring wellbeing with Susie Bush-Ramsey, former international athlete
Guests will be treated to green juice smoothies and superfood salads, and will be given a mini-inspiration ‘Love Me’ pocket book to take home.
The retreat costs £60 per person. The price includes a £30 gift of wellbeing to a woman in our local community who may be struggling via sponsorship on to the Love Me programme.
