Caremark (Plymouth) are winners !!
Caremark Plymouth has once again been named as one of the top 20 recommended home care providers in the South West region – for the eighth consecutive year. A truly remarkable achievement.
We are the only home care provider in Plymouth to make the prestigious list compiled by homecare.co.uk – the UK’s leading home care reviews website.
Only reviews made either by customers or their families are taken into consideration when the awards are compiled. This year we achieved a perfect review score of 10 out of 10.
Among those who left reviews in the 12-month qualifying period were Brian, whose wife Maureen receives care from Caremark. Maureen is pictured with Field Care Supervisor Mel and Managing Director Graham.
Brian said: “My wife and I continue to be both pleased and very satisfied with the level of care provided by the company and staff. The carers invariably, arrive at the stipulated time, are cheerful, courteous and helpful and usually leave having put smiles on our faces!”
Another client Diana said “I wasn’t happy about having homecare at first but Caremark dispelled any fears that I had. The carers are well-trained and friendly. There are regular service checks by the supervisors and I can phone the office if I have any questions or concerns. I cannot praise the whole team enough.”

The 2023 homecare.co.uk Top 20 Home Care Awards are based on over 21,500 reviews by people receiving home care as well as their friends and family between 1st June 2022 and 31st May 2023. People are asked to rate companies from very poor to excellent in six key areas – overall standard of care, staff, management, care and support, dignity, and value for money. Each review is then verified before a score is applied to give a provider a rating out of ten.
