With a flexible and person-centred approach, we provide each of them with two weekly visits tailored to their individual needs and lifestyles.

A PERSONALISED APPROACH TO MENTAL HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT
John lives with bipolar disorder and depression, which at times can leave him feeling fatigued or disengaged. Our team works closely with John to ensure support is adapted to how he feels on any given day. On days when he’s feeling well, our carers provide community support to help him stay socially and physically active. This includes trips to his local golf club, walks in nature, or a visit to the pub—all activities that bring him enjoyment and a sense of routine.
Flexible support for physical health and domestic needs
His wife, Jane, lives with an underactive thyroid and heart failure. Some days Jane feels energetic and independent, while on others, she needs rest and assistance. Our carers provide invaluable support with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and changing the bedding—lightening the load so she can conserve her energy for what she enjoys most.
Jane finds joy in her garden and regularly visits the local garden centre. Our team supports these outings, helping her stay active and connected to the things that matter to her.
Maintaining individuality, together
One of the unique aspects of our homecare support is enabling both clients to maintain their individuality while living together. They enjoy separate outings and tailored support, allowing each of them to continue pursuing their own interests and hobbies.
