Regional Manager of the Year

Our Care Manager Chloe Holmes has been named Caremark Regional Manager of the Year.

Chloe was selected following ‘blind’ judging involving the Franchise Owners of the 25 Caremark businesses which make up our regional group.

Each Franchisee was invited to put their Care Manager up for an award, with a short-list of three then being drawn up.

Other than the Franchisee of each territory, no-one knew who they were selecting and just had a set of key bullet points about each individual manager on which to make their choice.

Among the comments which resulted in them choosing Chloe were:

“This individual is completely loyal to the Caremark brand and their vision aligns with the Franchise Owners.”

“They have put a significant amount of work and effort to ensure systems are in place to run a safe and effective service.”

“This Care Manager is not shy at sharing their experiences with the network which encourages a learning culture.”

Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield Managing Director Simon Ford said: “We were delighted when Chloe was selected by the other Franchise Owners based on our summary of her achievements.

“There are some very good Care Managers in our area, so it’s a great achievement for Chloe to be recognised by her peers.”

Chloe will now go on to be considered for the Caremark National Care Manager of the Year Award in January.
