At Caremark (Dartford, Gravesham & Medway), we don’t cut visits short, rush care, or overpromise to families. We believe in getting care right and we’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor who shares that belief.
💼 What you’ll do:
- Support and supervise care staff in the field
- Complete spot checks, care reviews, and service quality visits
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and families
- Be part of our on-call team (additional pay included)
- Help lead by example and raise the standard of home care
✅ What you’ll need:
- Experience in domiciliary/home care (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach
- Previous training in care
- Full UK driving licence
