We believe caring for someone and knowing you are changing the lives of people in your community is one of the most rewarding careers. Whether you have been in care for years or are looking for a new career in care, we have a team to fully support and train you so you’re ready to make a difference. Join us today to become a Care Assistant in Halifax.

MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO A CAR FOR WORK, and the availability to work alternate weekends.

Join the Caremark Calderdale team and together let’s help the more vulnerable in our community and see them smile. You would be responsible for meeting our customers’ support requirements in a way that respects their individuality and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.

This is a unique and exciting role, as you will be joining a new office with 24 years of home care experience. Together, we can build a responsible, reliable, compassionate, and motivated team to deliver the very best in personalised care and support for Calderdale.

The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
