We are currently hiring part-time Care Assistants in Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Fakenham, North Walsham, Blakeney, and surrounding villages, with full-time roles available as our team expands. Training is provided, so whether you’re experienced or new to care, we’ll support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
- Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the care team.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and companionship.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Skills
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
