Our Care Team’s Positive Feedback

We do love to shout out about any positive updates about our care team and their accomplishments. Therefore, we have had a several good news and positive feedback stories come in over the past few months so thought we should share. In fact, much of the Caremark Gloucester & Stroud care team’s positive feedback has contributed to these stories.
Our Care Team’s Positive Feedback #1
Firstly, we’ve (the lovely Katie in the office) had some brilliant feedback about two carer assistants from a district nurse. This district nurse regularly visits one of our customers.
“A huge well done to Salman and Keith!
I received fantastic feedback today from a district nurse who attended a visit with them. She was extremely impressed with the quality of care they delivered and commented on how comfortable and well‑supported the customer felt throughout.”
Thank you both for representing our team with such professionalism, compassion, and skill – you’ve made us all proud.
What a great start to 2026!
Positive Feedback #2 – Our December 2025 Carer of the Month
Benson is amazing at communicating not only with the customers, who really love him as he is so positive and upbeat. He always cheers his customers up! He is also a great communicator with the office. Benson is a fab all-rounder!

Our Care Team’s Positive Feedback #3
A great start to February – we celebrated with Kemi who was carer of the month for January 2026. Kemi is just one of those amazing carers. All her customers love Kemi as she is so kind, caring and compassionate.
Also we decided to nominate a really special customer, JB, who went above and beyond. Without being asked to do anything, JB organised for a key safe to be installed at a neighbour’s property. This was because the carers were constantly having difficulty in getting in to provide care to the neighbour. Our Field Care Supervisor, Rachel, visited him with an honorary Community Care Assistant of the month certificate and a box of chocolates. JB was really chuffed and told Rachel that people shouldn’t be afraid to ask for help to get things done! He was gobsmacked about getting this award and was going to get it framed 😊 Moreover, this is another example of Gloucester & Stroud care team’s positive feedback making a real difference.
Positive Feedback #4
Finally, one of our lovely customers, Marion, sent our team of carers this handmade card to wish the team a Happy Easter! We LOVE when our customers go to the effort of thanking us for all that we do for them. We are like the cat and the cream (not the mouse) – pun intended!
