As you know here at Caremark Cheltenham and Gloucester do like to shout out about our wonderful Care Assistants. Nothing gives us more joy than to know that they are working for us and we appreciate all the hard work and effort that they put in to providing care for our customers.
Stories about our wonderful Care Assistants
For example, one of our customers called in the other day to tell us about his favourite carers! Additionally, this client tells us that Salmoon is his absolute favourite – an “A star singing carer, he has a beautiful nature. It is always a pleasure to see him.“
This customer also says that Chanukya, Brandon and Observe are close seconds. “Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. They just get on with what needs to be done. A big ‘Thank You’ to all of you.”
It is lovely when a customer calls and is so happy with the care that we provide.

Some amazing feedback and praise from SME District Nurses
District Nurses are currently discharging our customer “MW” following her pressure sore healing. They are full of praise for the care our Care Assistants delivered. They said that our Care Assistants by repositioning customer “MW” and applying Medi Honey have contributed to the swift healing of the sore allowing them to discharge our customer.

Another success story about our wonderful Care Assistants
One of our newest wonderful care assistants, Claire, has been supporting her customer “LB” following her discharge from hospital recently. We have been providing ‘live in’ support whilst she gets back on her feet.
This customer had been feeling very anxious about food. However, when she was made an omelette by Claire at the weekend, she said it was the best thing she had eaten. Claire also makes a delicious ploughman’s salad which “LB” absolutely loves. Doesn’t it look delicious?!!
