CQC Report July 2018

Caremark Kingston receives a CQC report with an overall GOOD rating and GOOD in 4 categories. The improvement requested in ” Is the service effective “ related to additional training in the Mental capacity act; which was immediately implemented.
Following a recent CQC inspection Caremark Kingston have been found to be GOOD in 4 categories monitored.
These were:
- Safe
- Caring
- Responsive
- Well Led
Effective required improved training in the Mental capacity Act which was immediately implemented.
The summary itself is impressive but the full and detailed summary reads even better with the description of a service caring for ad caring about both it’s customers and it’s staff.
