Empowering Our Team for Better Care!

Our Training Ethos
At Caremark Bromley, we are fortunate to be able to provide in house training by a Trainer who has been a Care Assistant and Care Coordinator. Kafilat Badmus understands the operation of a care worker like the back of her hand. Our recruitment have innovatively overcome the Social Care Crisis by recruiting from overseas. We attempt to bridge the gap in cultural knowledge by going in depth with our sponsors. It is imperative to understand the little things, such as how to make a cup of tea or make the food our clients will want.
It is our aim to provide high quality home care, creating value and putting our clients in the centre of the service. To achieve this, we look for passionate individuals who want the best for other people and their community. This is a perfect foundation to give them the practical skills to improve the lives of our clients.
“This is the most rewarding job I’ve ever had. I am passionate about the clients, their loved ones and the carers.”

Food Preparation Training
Here’s a sneak peek of the action! Our team was fully engaged in learning how to cater to our clients’ individual needs, dietary restrictions, and personal tastes.
In our quest to ensure that our clients receive the most nourishing and delicious meals possible, we organized a special training session. Our dedicated staff came together to learn about the importance of nutrition, dietary preferences, and the art of creating tasty, balanced meals.
We firmly believe that a well-balanced diet can have a significant impact on our clients’ health and well-being. So, our staff is equipped with the knowledge and skills to ensure that every meal we serve is not only nourishing but also a delight to savour.
A massive shout-out to all our team members for their commitment to excellence. Your dedication and hard work truly make a difference!
