Congratulations on completing your Caremark Mentoring Induction, Nikki! 🎉

Nikki has been working with us as a Caremark Care Assistant in Millisle for over two and a half years. She loves working with clients, finding supporting them in their day to day lives very rewarding and fulfilling. 💙

She decided to become a Caremark Mentor as, although she loves her job, she knows that it can be very challenging at times, especially for inexperienced carers. Nikki feels that she has the experience necessary to support others as they find their feet. 👏
