Memory Café – March 2024
We celebrated Easter at our Memory Café earlier in the week 🐰🌸
We were joined by Trisha and Lynne from Linking Generations Northern Ireland as well as children and teachers from Bloomfield Primary School. 🥳 The school’s principal, Mrs Bishop brought along the school therapy dog, Parker, who was delighted to meet everyone 🐶
Trisha led us in Easter crafts, making wreaths to take home as a memento of the day. Geoff Hatt returned to provide entertainment – everyone enjoyed singing along 🌟
Those in attendance were asked to bring along something that meant a lot to them for a special “Show & Tell” session. Clients and children shared stories and memories, it was a lovely way to reminisce together and build bonds with one another.
To finish the Café, everyone received a delicious Easter Egg. 🐥
If any Caremark NI clients are interested in attending, please contact Christopher, our Wellbeing manager on 028 9146 7004.
We are looking forward to continuing to work with Linking Generations and Bloomfield Primary School for the remainder of this year’s Memory Café.
