Cruse Bereavement Training

A group of Caremark NI staff recently took part in Bereavement training with Cruse. The training gave our staff the opportunity to learn about how people grieve and provided insights into how to support those dealing with loss.

Tracey, who attended the training had this to say:

“The training has left me feeling more confident about helping those who are experiencing grief. It was useful in dismissing many of the myths surrounding grief and how best to approach someone who is dealing with loss.”

We are looking forward to rolling this training out across Caremark NI, and believe it will provide our staff with the skills required to support customers and loved ones through difficult times.
