Caremark NI launch its Mentoring Program

This week at Caremark NI we launched our first ever Mentoring Program. At Caremark NI we are passionate about supporting staff and helping them to develop and progress in their careers.

This Program will help new staff who do not have experience in health and social care settle into their new roles. It will provide new staff with the opportunity to have support from an experienced carer who will build a supportive relationship with them and assist with developing their skills in the care sector .

We are really excited about this new Program and we have a great team of Mentors who are all fantastic, highly skilled carers and have a wealth of experience in Health and Social Care . Well Done and Congratulations to Heather, Lisa, Marci, Nancy, Hannah and Scott who completed their Mentor Induction yesterday.
