Each year we send out a survey to our Clients to get their feedback on the Care & Support we provide them with.

These surveys are obviously anonymous which encourages our Clients to be open and transparent with their opinions. Clients were provided with a list of statements about our service and asked whether they agreed with them. The responses ranged from Strongly Agree to Agree to Neutral to Disagree to Strongly Disagree.

The priority for us is to gather information that will help further improve the quality of Care and at the same time hopefully strengthen the relationships with our Clients.

Pleasingly, the results of the survey were overwhelmingly positive and this is credit to our amazing Office Team and our fantastic Care Team. Here are a few of the key headlines:

91% of all responses received either strongly agreed or agreed with our statements

58% of all responses strongly agreed with our statements

91% strongly agree/agreed that our service was making a positive difference to their lives

100% of respondents strongly agreed or agreed that our Carers always treated them with dignity, respect & kindness
