Worcester 10K completed by the Directors

Caroline and Dave completed the 10K Worcester track on Sunday. Training for the run was put on ice due to being extremely busy in the lead up to the day. This was reflected in their times for the run. Dave and Caroline ran side by side for the majority of the race until Caroline’s competitive edge got the better of her and she sprinted off when the finish was in sight. Dave was left behind but managed to catch her up albeit a little too late. Caroline’s time was one second faster than Dave’s. Something he is not too pleased about. :$

They ran on behalf of the Charity Worcestershire Association of Carers and have raised over £220 for the cause so far.
