We are a dynamic and expanding care service provider located in Sutton, dedicated to delivering high-quality care across a variety of settings. Our mission is to improve the lives of those we serve through compassionate, person-centred care. As our existing Registered Care Manager moves onto other things after a wonderful 5 years with us, we are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join our dedicated team.
As a Registered Care Manager at Caremark Sutton, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our care services. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our clients, oversee the day-to-day operations, and drive the continued growth and development of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
– Manage and support a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
– Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
– Maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and external agencies.
– Ensure effective financial management and budgeting of the care service.
– Drive business growth and development within the local community.
Requirements:
– A recognised management qualification in health and social care.
– Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting.
– Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in health and social care.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
– A commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving service outcomes.
