Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication support
Support with mobility and transfers

Accurately document care notes and medical records
Build strong relationships with service users and their families
Engage with clients to promote their well-being and happiness

Essential: Previous experience as a Care Assistant, valid UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle
