    Join our Blue Family!

There’s a lot more to working in home care with Caremark Kirklees than you may think.

Of course it entails going into people’s homes to provide the support which helps them to remain independent but in many cases this is something as simple as preparing their meals and sitting down for a chat over a cuppa.

We have customers with more complex care needs as well, but don’t worry, we will give you all the training you need to do this, and this personal development won’t cost you a penny!

Then, there is the other side of what we do. So, we may ask you to take our customers to the cafe or the shops; or you may wish to help with monthly Caremark Coffee Club where we bring customers, staff, family and friends together at a venue in Honley.

In return, we can offer you a contract with fixed hours, an hourly rate of up to £17, with mileage paid extra at 45p per mile, free ongoing training, pension, monthly reliability cash bonus draw scheme, and staff long service scheme.

You will also receive invites to staff events, including Christmas parties and our annual care assistant of the year awards, which are based on nominations from our customers.

So please do get in touch if you would like to find out more about a career in home care with us; we promise you will be surprised at how varied and rewarding it is.

It’s the best job in the world
