Care Manager

Salary: £35,000 – £37,500 per year
Hours: Full time Upto 37.5 hours ( Can vary depending on the business needs)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to join our domiciliary care team in Merton. This role is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills, understands high-quality home care and wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of customers and care staff.

As a Care Manager, you will lead and support our care team, maintain excellent care standards and ensure every customer receives safe, compassionate and person-centred care in their own home.

This is more than a management position. It is an opportunity to guide a team, support families, improve care quality and help shape the future of our service. We need someone who truly cares and will lead us to achieve an “outstanding” rating from CQC.

Essential Requirement:
Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing a domiciliary care service in the UK as a registered care manager.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Care certificates and NVQ qualifications will be good for the role.
  • Individuals who have years of experience in care with a positive attitude to learn
  • Someone who has a COS and is looking for some extra hours of work is also welcome.
  • Good communicators with a positive attitude.
  • Passionate about supporting others.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.

Previous care experience is welcomed but isn’t essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will be good but not essential.

Experience and Qualifications

• NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care.

• At 3 years of experience working in domiciliary care or home care services.

• At least 3 years of care supervision or leadership experience in domiciliary.

• Full UK driving licence.

• A Nursing background will be good but not essential

• Knowledge of the Merton area or living locally.
