Who is the care enquiry for?

Choosing from our fantastic range of flexible care services, will mean that you can stay in the familiar surroundings and comfort of your own home and remain as independent as possible for longer. We will work closely with you and your loved ones to create a personalised package of home visits or live-in care that is designed specifically around your needs. Our carers are all reliable and friendly and they really do care. Every member of our team has been carefully selected and checked and receives on-going specialist training to be able to care for people with a range of health problems including:

  • Elderly / Frail
  • Palliative (end of life)
  • Dementia / Mental Health conditions
  • Physical and Learning Disabilities
  • We also offer convalescence or respite support

  • We start with a thorough face-to-face assessment with you and your family members. Your care package can be reviewed at any time by Caremark or by you or your family requesting a re-review. This ensures that your individual needs are always met. The flexible packages can include services that support your physical and emotional wellbeing such as:

    • Live in care - 24 hour care with a carer that stays with you at home
    • Help with personal care and hygiene
    • Help getting up and getting dressed
    • Assistance with prescribed medication
    • Planning and preparation of meals
    • Housework and shopping
    • Accompanying you to appointments, such as to the GP, dentist or hospital
    • General companionship - someone to chat to over a cup of tea
    • Support to continue to get out and about in your community
    • Help to continue to enjoy hobbies and interests
    • Assistance and care to help you meet friends and socialise.
