On behalf of my wife and myself may I thank you and Caremark very much for the very quick response in getting carers in to look after my Mother-in-law.

Although we felt anxious about a carer coming in to get Mother-in-law out of bed, showered and breakfast etc, also of how she would be with the new carer our fears were unfounded as your carer Linda was very professional and extremely caring towards her.

It turned out to be a relaxing start to our day and it was a lot less stressful for my wife, we are very grateful and please thank Linda for her kindness.’

When my husband came out of hospital I was told he would need a care worker. One was found for us; when they started they came at all different times and a different one each day. Our daughter rang the hospital and told them what was happening and then we had Caremark.

Everything was so much better and their name ‘Care’ suits all of their staff. We see the same CSW unless she is off and the ones we have seen then have been on time and very good.

Dear Christian (CSW),

First of all please pass on our thanks to all of SY’s carers, especially Hazel (CSW) who was with us when SY passed away.

And to you, ‘thank you’ does not begin to say how much we appreciated you being there for SY and for us too. Thursday was a very difficult day especially but to have you with us during that time gave us both comfort and reassurance.

We are grateful that SY had a peaceful day on Friday and that we were able to be with him at the end.

Dear Jo (CSW),

I have appreciated very much your kindness and support over the last five weeks. You are to me a very gentle, sympathetic and caring person. You have gone a long way to reassure me through difficult things and yet we’ve had a few good laughs.

You’ve worked hard and have been very open and honest – all credit to you.

Dear Julia (Reg. Care Manager),

My wife and I would like to thank you, Caremark (Norwich) and all of your carers that attended my mother-in-law for the very kind and professional care you gave her in the last eight months which took a lot of stress out of our daily routines after looking after for the last six years.

We would certainly recommend Caremark (Norwich) to anyone who requires professional caring and have no hesitation in using you again in the future for ourselves or family.
