- 24 hour live-in care when you feel you need more support but want to stay in your own home
- companionship with the ability to tailor calls to client's specific wishes and/or activities
- PA time
- shopping calls
- specialist care for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues
- complex care, including stroke care, neurological care, catheter, bowel and stoma care, tracheostomy care
- loving family centred end of life or palliative care
Our leadership team At the end of 2018 we introduced a new leadership team. Hannah Drury, Operations Director, has picked up numerous national care and business awards for her dedication, professionalism and passion for modernising and improving the way that we care for our community. Daren Kannayya, Care Manager, joined in August 218 and has been busy further developing a culture of openness, professionalism and ensuring that we are all using the best and most up to date practices. Darren has an MSC in Health and Social Care, chairs the South West London Registered Manager Forum and is a member of Dementia UK Research. He's also a really nice guy.
An open culture Our commitment to our clients is to work alongside you to ensure that you or your loved one gets the kind of care that you/they need and want. We believe that good care is way more than ensuring that you are physically well and safe. We do that, of course, but the best care goes much much further. We want to help our clients to live the best possible life, whatever the circumstances. Our open culture runs from the bottom to the top of the organisation and we always want to hear if we don't get things just right. We also hope you're tell us when we are doing well too :)
