Hannah Drury

Managing Director and Registered Manager

Hannah is a multi-award-winning leader in the care sector and our Director and Registered Manager. Her passion for care is rooted in her own lived experience as a young carer for both her sister and stepfather, giving her a deep understanding of the difference high-quality support can make to individuals and families.

She leads with compassion, empathy and a strong professional focus, always striving to deliver care that is both person-centred and of the highest standard. Hannah firmly believes in treating every individual with dignity, kindness and respect, often reflecting, “Would this be good enough for my own family?”

Her dedication and impact have been widely recognised, with multiple industry awards including BFA Franchisee of the Year and EWIF Young Franchisee of the Year across several years.

Hannah remains committed to continuously improving the service, ensuring every client receives the level of care she would expect for her own loved ones.

Raquel Vares

Field Care Manager

Raquel joined our team as a carer, quickly standing out for her compassionate nature, extensive knowledge, and confidence across all areas of care delivery. With experience supporting individuals with a wide range of conditions, she delivers truly person-centred care.

Her natural leadership led her to mentor less experienced staff, and in 2022 she took on the challenge of managing and delivering our first reablement service for the London Borough of Sutton. This involved providing short-term support to individuals being discharged from hospital, helping them regain independence at home. She achieved excellent outcomes and made a lasting impact.

Following the scheme’s completion in September 2023, we were delighted to appoint Raquel as Field Manager across Epsom, Ewell, Banstead and Reigate.

Raquel is also a trained trainer in all mandatory care training and is qualified in Team Teach positive behaviour support, enabling her to support staff in managing complex behaviours safely and effectively.

Her passion for care is deeply personal. From a young age, she has supported her older sister, who has been paralysed since the age of six. She remains dedicated to providing the highest standard of care and takes great pride in making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Hunter

Cuddle buddy

Last, but definitely not least, is our four legged member of staff – Hunter the cocker spaniel.

We think he’s pretty gorgeous and so do a lot of our staff and customers.

As we all know life gets difficult sometimes, but Hunter is always there with a wagging tail and will jump on your lap as soon as you sit down.  It’s difficult not to feel loved when Hunter is around.

We do of course appreciate that some people can get anxious around dogs so we always check to see if he needs to pop into his basket for a while.  He completely understands and so do we:)
