Our care plans are updated real time, setting achievable goals, providing credible measurable outcomes. We are GDPR compliant with a named GDPR Officer.
At Caremark, our service is Nurse-Led to ensure all clinical aspects of a client’s care are safe, compliant, and continuously monitored. Our highly trained support workers deliver the appropriate level of clinical support under the guidance of our nurses, while our Case Leaders regularly visit clients in the community to conduct staff and customer reviews, ensuring care plans are followed, outcomes are met, and new goals are set.

In the few weeks Caremark staff have made such a massive difference.
The young client is now accepting support from their staff, she is allowing mum to go out to the shops and has even accessed places like Big Apple.
It has made a world of difference for the mum too, who seems to have a fresh lease on life thanks to the periods of rest.
Everything is great with Caremark so far, I have regular Support Workers who visit me 3 times per week and have helped me to do things that I love doing.
I’m also really enjoying the Sunflower Competition that Caremark set up- my sunflower is getting really big. I feel happy with everything and can’t fault the service at all.
